Holy Name Housing Corporation is planning a $3.9 million housing project in north Omaha. Plans call for 13 single-family houses south of Lake Street near John A. Creighton Boulevard. Each house will have three bedrooms and two baths and will be listed for $250,000. The developer is seeking $515,000 in Tax Increment Financing.
